If you are starting a career, at a career crossroads, dealing with redundancy or re-entering the workforce, you want to know what job or careers match your strengths, interests and preferences. CareerBuilder 5 identifies a list of matched careers and enables you to research these careers in detail. Alternatively, you may have some job ideas, but want to see what related careers are open to you. You also want to know what skills will be required and what interests you should have. You may also want to know whether you would suit self employment.

From your career exploration you can define a vision for your future, set career goals and list a set of actions in their order of priority. You can email these goals and actions to whoever is helping you with your career planning.
