Based on a set of tried and tested self assessment exercises, you will identify areas for development and improvement in areas including: job satisfaction, management of pressure, leadership and work-life balance. Your organisation has a duty of care to ensure that you avoid job related stress and remain motivated, productive and innovative.

As you work through Corporate HORIZONS, you print out reports or email them to your manager in forming the content of your Personal Development Plan (PDP). Your personal and career vision summary coaches you to identify personal and performance goals and a set of actions related to your goals. Your PDP can be cut and pasted into your organisational Individual Learning Plan or printed out and sent to your manager.
